1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ClubPOS services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Membership and Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
3. Payment and Fees
Payment terms:
- All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise stated
- Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days notice
- Late payments may result in service suspension
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund or credit. Membership cancellations require 30 days written notice.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Harass, abuse, or harm other members or staff
- Share your account with unauthorized persons
- Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
6. Limitation of Liability
ClubPOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. You participate in training sessions at your own risk and should consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
